International Distributor/ Sales Manager

Our client is a global industry leader in medical device design and manufacturing giving custom design solutions for the world's leading pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies. Within this role you will be in charge of leading the strategic and tactical sales & marketing activities for all the products sold with a special focus on Benelux and Scandinavian markets.

Key Responsibilities

· You are responsible for 7 distributors in Europe and engage with Key Clinicians in the field.

· Lead the setting up and maintenance of all the (existing and new)distribution contracts, agency agreements etc

· Develop, maintain and update the business plan for all the targets and the territories

· Take charge of all the market inquiries and ensure that all the requests for information, literature and quotations are handled efficiently

· Visit the countries within the territories (2-3 days per week) in order to train the local distributors to ensure they are fully qualified in the company's product

Your profile

· You have a first experience in sales or as a distributor and would like to set a next step in your career

· You are an ambitious sales professional with a "hunter" mentality driven to seek and deliver sales opportunities

· You are self- motivated with strong communication and presentation skills

· You have a previous experience in the healthcare sector

· You are fluent in English (other languages will be considered as a plus)
